For one night in September, Annapolis’ historic West Street Arts District becomes home to actors, singers, dancers and musicians as the 2015 Annapolis Fringe Festival opens its doors Saturday, September 26 from 7pm to midnight.
The Fringe offers outdoor music, cafe dining, street performers, a stunning light show and a rambunctious opening ceremony.
The first block of historic West Street is closed to traffic and opened to live entertainers with an opening ceremony that begins with the national anthem and ends with the start of the High Heel race which will be monitored by the Charm City Roller Girls!
The chaos can appear overwhelming to first time Fringers, but it’s easy to take part. Browse all the shows and find the schedule at the official website, FringeFestivalAnnapolis.com.
