Fasten your seatbelts and take a break from the hustle and bustle of your daily routine with the Congressional Chorus in ROAD TRIP! Tour the USA in our Cabaret at the Atlas Performing Arts Center’s Sprenger Theatre from March 16 to 18 at 8:00 pm and March 19 at 4:00 pm.
ROAD TRIP! celebrates the diversity of America’s popular music by featuring Detroit’s Motown classics, California’s beach music, New Orleans Jazz, Kansas City Heartland Rock, Chicago Blues, Texas “Two-Step,” and New York’s Broadway blockbusters. This high-energy production features 80 singers, a 20 member specialty dance troupe, and a rockin’ seven-piece band.
General Admission Tickets are available at Bit.ly/Road-Trip-Cabaret.
Audience members also have the opportunity to purchase tables of six and/or bottles of wine for the night by emailing admin [at] congressionalchorus.org, or call (202) 656-1047.
The Congressional Chorus Spring Cabaret has sold out for the past 10 years, and the Chorus is celebrating their 30th Season on Capitol Hill. The Saturday, March 18th production has already sold out, so get your tickets while they last. Don’t miss this song and dance extravaganza as we “pop the top” and go cruisin’ across the USA!
Make sure to participate in our silent auction this year, featuring luxury items ranging from vacation getaways to exclusive restaurant reservations and professional consultations. The auction will begin online on March 15th, continuing in-person throughout the concert run.
If you ever miss grandma’s cooking, get in the snack line during intermission where the Congressional Chorus will be selling classic American dishes. Chili dogs and apple pie will taste better than ever when paired with our patriotic production!
Wrap up the night out with a commemorative photo of your friends and family in the Atlas lobby! Our pink convertible and winding road backdrop provide the perfect scene for audience members to drive off into the sunset in style.
