Being a part of a community means being there for each other, in good times and in bad.
As you may have heard, the Anacostia Playhouse — where Theater Alliance is theater-in-residence — was robbed on Christmas Day.
The burglars stole three Theater Alliance computers, as well as our safe, some credit cards, and an iPad. Possibly more is missing . . . we’re still taking inventory of what’s gone.
We were planning to ask for your generous year-end support to help make our upcoming leadership transition a smooth one.
Now, as we face this unexpected stumbling block, we are counting on friends like you more than ever to help us recover swiftly and make next year a great one for Theater Alliance and our community.
We hope you will make a generous donation today. And, if you can, please support the Anacostia Playhouse, who also lost valuable property in the burglary.
