After 16 long months we are thrilled to announce that FPCT will return to live, in-person mainstage programming in September 2021. It is only because of the incredible support of the Maryland State Arts Council, the State of Maryland, and our exceptional friends and neighbors that we have navigated this difficult time. And it is only through that same generosity that we look forward to presenting an ambitious season of new work, fresh ideas, and modern classics.
We’ve been busy while you’ve been gone! When you return, you will notice upgraded seating, lobby improvements, and hand sanitizing stations. But the most important upgrade is the one you won’t see. Through a generous grant from the State of Maryland, we have a brand-new HVAC system providing hospital-grade air filtration and circulation. FPCT will also strictly adhere to CDC recommendations for the safety of our guests, artists, staff, and volunteers.
SAME GREAT ACCESS
Individual tickets remain just $20 for all mainstage shows and $10 for special events. And we offer choose-your-own-adventure Flex-Passes that lower the price-per-show even more. We know that ticket prices need to be affordable to open our doors as wide as possible. To cover the rest of our costs, we rely on donations and grants. If you are able, please consider adding a donation to your ticket-order when checking out, or giving directly at FPCT.org. Ticket sales are live today HERE.
A NOTE ABOUT HOME
This year’s season has blossomed from months of personal conversations with our collaborators, members, and larger community. In fact, all but one of these shows ― and more to come in the future ― were suggestions made by those outside of the traditional artistic leadership of our company. In other words, this is our community’s season. Welcome home.
