The Celtic Festival will feature performances by the Brandywine Harp Orchestra, bagpiper Frank Watson as well as the McAleer-Paulson school of Irish Dance. Headlining the event will be Charlie Zahm, one of the most popular Celtic and Irish folk musicians in the region!
