If I needed to describe Cloudism in one word, it would be weird. You enter the theatre, there are two girls dancing on the stage (Mo O’Rourke, Alison Talvacchio), one of them is fixing you with huge eyeballs, there is also one still man with a white mask (Mike Maggio), a man dressed like a sailor (Graham Pilato), a counting woman (Allison Clapp Fuentes) and a cellist (Tina Hugues). You wait in silence, and nothing happens. Nothing happens.
There are balls, umbrellas, a broken TV, and a hula hoop for you to play with on the stage, and actors distribute markers to the audience. Still, you wait for something to happen, but soon you’ll understand that you are the actor in this play, and if you do not participate, you will be bored. It’s the audience that make the play.
Running time: 60 minutes.
